In this Physics video lecture in Hindi for class 11 and B.Sc. we derived Mayer's law in thermodynamics. Mayer's formula is Cp - Cv = R. Here Cp is molar specific heat capacity of an ideal gas at constant pressure, Cv is its molar specific heat at constant volume and R is the gas constant.
Specific heat capacity of a substance is defined as the heat supplied per unit mass of that substance per unit rise in temperature.
Molar specific heat at constant volume of a gas is defined as the heat supplied per mole of that gas, kept at fixed volume, per unit rise in temperature.
Molar specific heat at constant pressure of a gas is defined as the heat supplied per mole of that gas, kept at fixed pressure, per unit rise in temperature.
फिजिक्स इस वीडियो में हम Mayer's formula पर चर्चा करेंगे जोकि होता है Cp - Cv = R और हम इसे प्रमाणित भी करेंगे |
